Outing With Mummy

Yep, today I was going out with Ma. She asked me for a companion to Daan Mogot Mal (DM) near our home, because she wanted to go to jewelry shop to manage 'something', I didn't know at all, it was her 'little business'. She doesn't like to be alone wherever she goes, completely different from me and Dad. Anyway, I agreed (with a promise she would buy me a novel if I go with her lol).

 

I finished my previous novel and I bought this one today :)

When she was busy with her thing, she told me to wait at McDonald. I went to McDonald by myself and bought a treat.

Not so long after that, she brought me to a Photo Studio. She said that she wanted to print some photos from her Blackberry. But we ended up with many (I mean really really many) photos being printed.

 

Mostly printed in size 2R. A small pocket size!

 

We got 3 Barbie pocket albums for free :D cute!

I got a book so cheers along way home :P

By the way, we received a Christmas gift from my Auntie (wife of Ma's older brother). They're a Muslim family actually, but we respect each other belief by giving a gift regularly every year (for Christmas and Lebaran season).

Narcissism

Please, don't read the title first he he he. Today, we (included Ma this time) visited a GL Ministry Church  around Kelapa Gading. It took one hour before we arrived there at 6.20 PM. Church started from 6.30 PM and ended 9.00 PM. Yes, two and half hours, I never expected that long, usually we just spend one and half hours on our normal church. After that, we headed to Sate Senayan Restaurant and had a wonderful supper there.

While we were waiting, I kept busy taking pictures. Ever since I own this blog, I enjoy all of my trips more, because I know I have a place to share and save my stories. Blog, which I feel like my own home, is a memory keeper or we could call it journal dairy. I believe it's important for every person who own and use it seriously :) Anyway, we took many pictures, all of us had a cheerful mood tonight which made me glad and wished a wonderful outing like this every weekend ha ha ha

What A Day

Junior High department held a Friendship Day (actually today was the second session, first session of FD held on Monday when I skipped school as I mentioned before, I wasn't interested with Friendship-thingy), we had a lot of contests during first and second session of FD event. Indeed, I went to school this morning, just because I was a participant of Fashion Show contest (it was my responsibility as a participant to come and make my class win, I wouldn't skip this session for my class sake). My partners were Ilona and Sheilly as costume maker like me, plus Christopher and Vania as model. The chosen models would perform our 'costume-creation' on a small runaway. Funny. I didn't aim to make my model friends embarrassed with costumes that I would create, but I did embarrassed them when I (or Ilona for exact) chose a 'Christmas Theme'. We won third prize over 17 participated classes.

It was tiring, seriously, I didn't really enjoy that kind of event. I prefer studying inside class ha ha ha. Anyway, I still have a long list of insanities.

See the third dot, I will have a yearbook photo session on 16 December so today Ma brought me to the mal, we were shopping for outfits folks. I hate shopping, basically. I'm a tomboy (and nerd). I think a lot about books and knowledge, but I have no attention about fashion. Only emergency-alert which able to kick me out of my shell to shop. Well, at least I had a bonding-time with my Ma, thanks to this ridiculous photo session.

Daddy's Birthday

Happy 46th Birthday, Daddy! I love you so much until I don't know how to expressed it to you :) We celebrated his birthday right after I went home from church. I guess, all pictures will do the talk!

 

We prepared the chocolate cake that Ma bought last night :) Dad supposed to be 46 not 47! I had no idea with my Ma's slovenliness.

We decided to have supper at Saung Grenvil Seafood Restaurant which quite far from my home. We brought along ama (Grandma) and ce-kong (My great-grandfather's brother) too :) I don't like seafood though, but since today is Daddy's birthday so I happily obeyed whatever he wanted :P

Overall, today is a really fun day. I felt happy for Dad. I thank God for gave us a wonderful understanding man as our Daddy. Dad is a rare type of 'Dad', he's an understanding man with a wise thought and lot of patience. He loves us, Mummy, Me, and my siblings even we often pissed him of. He never get mad in front of us instead he often hides his anger and problems because he doesn't want to scare or make any of us worry. To us, his kids, no matter how angry he gets with our naughty behavior, he'll admonish us with a loving tone. When he had a serious illness with his ear, he didn't allow my Ma to tell us, his kids, because he didn't want us to get upset, instead my Ma told this story by herself after many years passed. Dad always takes his wife and kids to do many outings to make us happy even he feels so tired for non-stop working, Monday till Saturday, in his own company that he built with much efforts long time ago. He's a wonderful Dad and husband. After many years passed, we got through many problems together, I grew with him in my side, I just love him more and more. I couldn't describe how nice he is, how I love him so much, and how I admire him as my Dad. I love you Dad, Happy Belated Birthday, God bless you.

Bonding Time With Sonsaengnim

Phew, what a tiring noon today! I started my day with Physics course then I visited Gramedia Bookstore and purchased some school supplies.

Since I had an appointment with my Sonsaengnim (teacher) so I directly went to Patra Jasa tower to pick her.

 Traffic in Jakarta just simply drove me crazy

We headed to Mu Gung Hwa Yutong (무궁화 유통 - Korean distributor) at Senopati, South Jakarta. As soon as we got there, we ran into the 2nd Floor to do our shopping ha ha ha. There were a bookstore, stationery, accessories & merchandise shop, DVD rental, clothing store, pharmacy, and bakery in the 2nd Floor. 1st Floor was for supermarket plus small canteen. And as usual, all people there were Korean since Senopati is a place for Korean community . So, what I bought?

Sonsaengnim didn't buy anything at all, she planned to buy a pair of shoes for her son but she canceled it (she forgot to take money from bank). When we finished there, she suggested us to go to Citraland Mall (CL) but I wanted to go to Taman Anggrek Mall (TAM) insted of CL. It took a pretty long time before we arrived at TAM. We both screamed Baegopha! Baegopha! Baegopha! (배고파 - Hungry) inside the car over and over again during the trip. So we 'strike' foodcourt in TAM directly after we arrived there.

Sonsaengnim took me to an accessories shop, Strawberry. Strawberry has a really girlish and cute interior plus they sell so many nice stuffs there. After that, we were spending much time to walked around TAM.

We visited Mother&Care to admire baby clothes since Sonsaengnim is 7 months pregnant.

A really tiring day but fun. Sonsaengnim gave me Kimchi before I went home. That Kimchi cooked by Kim Hyang Gi Uhni (김향기 언니 - Sister Kim Hyang Gi). For next time bonding, we will go visit Kim Hyang Gi Uhni's house in Cikarang, can't wait for it ;)
