Next week I'll go to Singapore, must be a fun time to relax :) Anyway I watched Tron 3D tonight! It was packed with a complicated plot plus don't forget the awesome 3D! I didn't sleep at all, just because the 3D effects mesmerizing my eyes during the show ha ha ha. I hardly understand the story, simply confusing actually, but I made it thou. I understood the main plot at last moment of the show, how pathetic!

Didn't quite satisfied with the story, but Tron's 3D was hella awesome!

Also bought a historical romance novel, The Magic of You by Johanna Lindsey

Lastly, visited Sour Sally Yogurt to buy healthy treats :D

Happy weekend to you all! Have a great refreshing time with your family :D

Last Outing

I'm a happy girl, yipee! I got 100 for Biology Essay and 93 for Physics Essay. I had a Violin final examination too and achieved satisfying 85 as the result (90 was the highest score for music). I received more sweet as my friend, Ilona, gave one of her chocolate bars for me.

Chocolate that I couldn't stand for, yumm ;)

Anyway, today is the last day for Daddy to be with us before he leaves Jakarta tomorrow morning. Sigh, I don't want to let him go but however I couldn't do that, he must attend his friend's wedding and he should finish some of his business in Surabaya. He will be back on Sunday. No fun Saturday for this week ;( Since he'll leave Jakarta by tomorrow morning, so last night we managed Daddy-Daughters bonding which would be our last bonding before he leaves. Dad, Chelsea, and me ended up at PX Pavilion. We decided to go to Ranch Market and bought some foods.

View of PX Pavilion

Ranch Market located inside PX on the 1st floor

Directly took our favorite cereal, Kellog's Coco Pops, yummy ;D

Don't forget for a carton of fresh milk :D

Oh, M&M and Hersey, come to Mama lol

Saw ton of chocolates made my hands itchy ha ha ha

Picking some fruits :D

Dad was quite busy with his phone-call that time so he let us choose whatever we wanted to buy. We brought so many snacks to home (included 4 bags of marshmallow, 3 chocolate bars, cookies packs, dairy products, 2 big boxes of cereal, etc). At least we won't be starving when he leaves us here lol Bye-bye Daddy, will miss you so much here!

Will I Be Able To Solve Mathematic Problems In My Life?

I got 90 for Religion test. I got 97 for Social test. Even more, today my friend told me that I was nominated as school representative for MGMP English Writing Competition. Sigh, sounds good, isn't it? But the only problem was I got 68 for Mathematics. Wasn't I study hard before test? Yes, I surely was. Didn't I know the material for the test? Yes, I did know about it. So, what's wrong then? I have no idea either. You know, I have no problem for all subjects, but Mathematics is an execption. My average score for subject outside Mathematics is 80-100, but when it comes to Mathematics, don't ask me. I don't know why, I study hard for Mathematics, I give an extra times for Mathematics, I mostly ignore rest of the subjects for the sake of Mathematics, but seems that my brain isn't so into Mathematics. Or worst, my brain hates Mathematics? Maybe I should ask doctor about it. Sigh and breathing deeply. Okay, forget it. Maybe I should try to learn to say "It's okay, I've done my best." and let it go. For what God gave to me now, I suppose to be thankful for it. Life must go on, I may got a bad scores this time, but I won't stop doing my best. I can't change my past by what I'm doing now, but yes, I can change my future! For God, nothing impossible. And I believe when God feels I'm ready to get a good scores in Mathematics, He will give it to me. Maybe this isn't the right time for me to get a good scores in Mathematics, so I will keep doing my best but I won't force God, I will let His plans working in my life. He knows the best for me.

Check me, I still have my bright usual smile right?;D

Cheers because you got another precious life-lesson from your bad moment :)

So, will I be able to solve Mathematics problems in my life? Well, I don't know. But one thing that I know, I will keep doing my best and let God answers this question. Cheers :)

Black Ribbon and About Art

Today I had a ceremony in school to celebrate Hari Pahlawan (10 November). At the end of the ceremony, teachers distributed a black ribbon for all students. They said we should wear it everyday until 22 November 2010. Do you know what that ribbon means? The ribbon represents grief for disasters that happened in Indonesia lately especially Merapi.

Black ribbon under the school logo

I hope the best for my country! And to all victims, I pray God will bless them with a true blessings and strength :) Anyway, I got the result of my two latest projects in Art subject.

Aquarel technique and Independence day poster project

Got 96 and 97 out of 100 :)

Wow, I couldn't believe it since I'm always think that my works look mediocre :P If people ask me about art, how to do it, I can't answer them, I have no idea too. Normally, I let my hands work for me, I never attend Art course in my entire life, and nobody in my family have Art talent either. So it's pretty hard to answer because I don't know 'the good techniques' to do Art since nobody ever teach me how ;( My Art teacher in school and Dad said that I don't need to attend Art course, I just need to practice more.

No Need to Worry Anymore!

Yipee, I'm accepted in Tunas Muda International School (TMIS). I'm officially accepted, they called my Ma this evening. I'm so happy now, no need to worry anymore about senior high school, everything run smoothly as my planning. I can't wait to go there next year, will be such an exciting experience to attend international school since I knew the curriculum and programmes well. Mostly, schools with an international accreditation prepare senior students for university better than public schools do.

Anyway, I got 68 for Mathematics test as I guessed before. I should work hard for Mathematics and try to love it more *sigh*. Luckily, it's just Mathematics, I have no problem with other subjects. I had an English POP Quiz of vocabularies this afternoon, 3 Chapter from Bridges to Literature textbook, I got 1 mistake out of 20, satisfying for me :) Next week will be a battle field, I'll have Religion, Social, and English tests plus I should pratice violin for Christmas event on December (I haven't decide if I'll join or not but my teacher gave the music sheet already, he told me to  try it at home).

As I told, I borrowed a book from library yesterday, Face on the Milk Carton. I didn't find the sequel at library when I searched for it today, too bad! So I borrowed 2 other books.

Summer Camp Secrets and Seesaw Girl

I'm currently reading Summer Camp Secrets which pretty good for me, I'm on page 50 something. I will just finish it day after tomorrow I bet! Ha ha ha :D Okay, enough for today, I should to go my Mathematics course and struggling to love it more. Wish me luck!

Student's Progress Report and Placement Test

My first post :D I hope I will be faithful writing this journal for next few years! Well, I made this blog so that I can write daily record of my life. Okay, I think that's enough.

Start with today, Student's Progress Report day in my school. So, my Dad and me went together to my school this morning and took my progress report for quarter one. Actually my Ma planned to go with me but too bad, she was sick ,I pray for her health ;(

General strength during learning process: I have a good motivation so I'm able to finish my tasks well. And I have a good concepts understanding and often ask critical questions.

Weakness during learning process: My homeroom teacher said that I rarely mingle with my friends because I always engross with my own world, reading books *sigh*

My marks, not too bad lah!

Tomorrow, I'm going to have a placement test in my new (future) school ;)

Tunas Muda International School with International Baccalaureate Curriculum

Well, I'm quite interested to international school (next year I'll be high school student :D), so I told my Ma to buy registration form from some international schools in Jakarta. My final decision was between Tunas Muda or Pelita Harapan School. Both have an International Baccalaureate curriculum that I want. After a long consideration of prices and school distance, I chose Tunas Muda. And here we go, I will have a placement test tomorrow in Tunas Muda so wish me luck ya! :)
